Executive Director
Greg Kee brings a wealth of experience to his role as Executive Director, with over 25 years of serving children and churches. He has held leadership positions in various organizations, including the Upward Bound TRIO Program and Goodland Boys’ Home.
Known for his strong leadership and community involvement, Greg has served on numerous boards and founded the Common Table pastors’ network. His commitment to helping children and families is evident in his 30+ years of staff leadership.
Greg considers his work at CAC Paris a privilege and is passionate about protecting children from abuse. He is driven by a vision of a community free from this harm. With a BA in Psychology and an MA in Christian Education, he brings academic credentials to complement his extensive practical experience.
Financial Director
Angela began her career as a Forensic Interviewer at CAC of Paris after graduating from Texas Tech UniversityBachelor's degree in Human Development. Her career path led her to open a restaurant with her husband in 2004, but she has come back home to her roots at Children’s Advocacy Center of Paris as Financial Director.
As the CAC Financial Director Angela is responsible for the organization's financial health, overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, grant writing , and compliance, while also acting as a financial leader to ensure sustainability and mission impact.
Compliance Manager
Reisa Holzwarth has spent nine years helping children and families dealing with abuse. She started by working as a Child Support Officer with the Texas State Attorney General's Office, where she learned a lot about the law and how to fight for people's rights.
Reisa works to ensure that CAC of Paris aligns with goals set forth by CAC Texas and National Children's Alliance. She's passionate about making a difference for local kids and helping them heal from abuse and neglect.
Reisa has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Texas A&M-Commerce. Reisa grew up in Paris and wants to make an impact in her community.
Program Director
Jaci Shovan has been working with children since 2006, focusing on victims of child abuse since 2016. Her background in victim advocacy allows her to offer important support and guidance to those in need.
Jaci's goal is to help kids heal and feel hopeful again. She wants to give families affected by abuse the tools and knowledge they need. She's dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of kids, one by one.
Jaci has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, which helps her understand the problems that children and families face.
Forensic Interviewer / MDT Coordinator
Nayeli Mendoza is a compassionate Forensic Interviewer deeply committed to child advocacy. With a strong educational foundation in sociology and social work from Texas A&M University-Texarkana and Paris Junior College, she brings a keen understanding of social dynamics to her role.
Her professional experience includes serving as Intake Coordinator at Domestic Violence Prevention and Paris Episcopal Day School/Quest Academy. As a bilingual Forensic Interviewer and MDT Coordinator, Nayeli creates a safe and supportive environment where children can openly share their experiences. Her dedication to empowering children shines through as she guides them on their healing journey with empathy and expertise.
Family Advocate
Jessica Newman is passionate about supporting children and their families during some of their most challenging moments. With over 5 years of experience working in Oklahoma Child Welfare, she brings a strong foundation in advocacy, trauma-informed care, and family support to the CAC.
Jessica hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from East Texas A&M University- Commerce, and is committied to helping children find hope and healing.
Therapist
Lindsey Severson is a therapist at CAC, where she has been helping families since 2022.
Lindsey specializes in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. She provides counseling for children ages 4-18 and their non-offending caregivers.
As a Licensed Master Social Worker, Lindsey is passionate about supporting children and families affected by trauma, helping them to live healthy, happy, and safe lives.
Therapist
David Coats is a skilled therapist with a decade of experience in the field and over 15 years of experience working with youth and children.
He holds a master's degree in counseling and is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Problematic Sexual Behavior Cognitive Behavior Therapy (PSB-CBT).
Since David has dedicated the past 15 years to helping children in various walks of life, he's a valuable resource for those he serves.

Paula brings over three decades of experience in public education to her work at the CAC. Her extensive background provided her with valuable experience supporting children from a wide range of socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. She holds both a Bachelor and a Master's degree from Texas A&M-Commerce.
