When you see our local EMS members at Walmart asking you to "Fill the Boot", you can be sure that the money you give helps local children. Paris EMS delivered diapers, clothing, and hygiene items to our Rainbow Room.
Church Women United Celebrated "World Community Day" with a "Care & Share" Shower for CAC Paris' Rainbow Room. Our director, Greg Kee, shared our mission with the members in attendance. The Rainbow Room is an emergency resource program that provides new clothing, shoes, hygiene items, cleaning supplies, safety items, and other essentials to children who have an open case with and MDT partner agency.
We're thrilled to share that the first annual Paris Classic Pickleball Tournament raised an impressive $21,500 for Children's Advocacy Center Paris. A heartfelt thank you to our presenting sponsor Thomas A. Ables & Associates, all of our sponsors, players, volunteers, and spectators that supported this event! Thank you First Federal Community Bank, SSB for selecting CAC as the recipient of your February Jeans Day donations! The money donated will go directly into adding needed items to our Rainbow Room.Our Rainbow Room provides clothing, hygiene items, beds and safety items for children with active CPS cases.
A big thank you to City of Paris EMS for donating so many much needed items that will go to our children in foster care. Paris EMS “Fill the Boot” is a project that directly impacts local nonprofit agencies. The Rainbow Room works with our partner agencies to provide emergency assistance when children are removed from their home and placed with relatives or outside placement.
